Blech. Glorified cardboard. Place smells like sweat and vinegar. Paid $20 for nasty pizza. I won’t be returning.

Run of the mill, prefab gf flat crust. It was like eating cardboard with pizza toppings.

Gluten free options. Mrs (gf) pizza plenty to feed 2. Great carefree atmosphere. Fast service

Not the best GF crust but the toppings are great. Never had any issues with cross contamination. They also have GF beer options!

Twice we have tested their Gluten Free Pizza using our NIMA sensor and on both separate times, the pizzas came back finding gluten. Not even the warning of "Low Gluten" but full "Gluten Found". They do not understand Gluten and do not take precautions to protect customers from it.

Great place to be gluten free. They always are safe and use separate prep stations for everything. Wife loves going here for pizza, super safe.

Labor Day Weekend of 2016, Pappa Rollo’s glutened me. Despite saying I was celiac, they must have rolled out the gf dough on wheat flour, because I was sick for five days. I will never eat there again. Other people have been just fine, but just be sure to make a huge deal about being gf. In hindsight, I don’t think my server understood, even though I went through my normal spiel.

Delicious pizza, too expensive. All the gf pizzas are 10" and it was $15 for a pepperoni and cheese.
The best gluten free pizza in Waco! You will not be disappointed!
Legit best gluten free pizza ever. Cheese pizza is my go to but I've never gotten sick from any other toppings.
I called the and asked to talk with a manager. She said they have a gluten free crust but the only toppings she can confirm as GF are vegetables.
Although their meats are not guaranteed gluten-free, they have an excellent gluten-free cheese pizza! This will now be my go-to restaurant for pizza!
Best gf pie in town!
This place is not gluten free. I visited the restaurant and was told the crust and vegan cheese were the only gluten free options. I was told none of the toppings were gluten free. If you have a gluten allergy do not waste your time checking this place out. It should not be listed as a gf restaurant.
Wonderful! No compromise to have gluten free. About $4 more for medium. Knowledgeable and helpful staff- they were able to tell me what toppings were safe as well.

Fantastic pizza! And it is a good size pizza and even tasted great reheated.
, I was skeptical. It was very tasty, though, and I was very impressed. My only comment is that it's over priced. I will probably only order from there infrequently unless they see fit to be more economical.
The gluten free crust is, I think, better than the original crust. My friends agree. The gluten free crust is crispy like thin crust, not soft and fluffy like traditional crust, and it is just delicious. It also re-heats well in the oven!
