There are not 2 kitchens, so i think cross contamination is probably an issue. The food is seasonal; what veggies are available determins the menu so you dont know what to get before. Food is super fresh & good, very environmentally friendly & cosy restaurant. Would definitely go again if I'm ever in Brussel. The street is super cute with the Sakura trees in full bloom, spring is definitely the perfect time to go here!

Chef is aware of allergies and very friendly, staff is less aware but the service is still good. The kitchen is not exclusive but gf pasta is boiled separately in fresh water.
The sauces are not the typical menus and change.
