Pop's Pizza

I could hardly believe it when I found a place that carried gluten free pizza in my old hometown. I stopped in with a friend and we had to battle to get a pizza (hint - call in advance, they carry limited quantities of the gf pizza). I expected it to taste like the ones from bj's roadhouse (extra crispy - which isn't a good thing when you're deep dish kind of girl). I was presently surprised this was a deep dish dream - and extremely dissapointed that I live a full 1200 miles away!
