Review of Pop's Southern BBQ

Most of the menu was gluten free including all the bbq meats and most sides. The owner was on-site and took celiac seriously, re-making a plate that had bread accidentally added. Everyone in our party enjoyed the ribs, pulled pork and brisket. The food cart area was really nice and had a taproom with cider and cocktails available.
