Pop's Pancakes

This is such a cozy little cafe with extremely nice and conscious staff! They used to have gluten-free pancakes, but unfortunately they stopped making these as no one would buy them. But, the staff was very knowledgeable (and the owner herself didn’t eat gluten) and I got the food on the menu, but without bread. The owner even ran out and bought gluten-free crackers while I was there, just to have something to offer me (🩷). And, they messed up my order (honest mistake, and they fixed it right away) - they felt so bad I got my food for free. I would definitely go back!
