The staff was not aware of anything related to Celiac Disease, but they were willing to take all precautions I asked them to take. Did not wind up sick, so the claim of a gluten-free frier holds up. Good food, and definitely friendly staff, but have to explain precautions to take. Would eat here again.

They have a dedicated fryer for French fries!

Great chili cheese fries! No gfree buns but can get burger wrapped in lettuce. Very friendly and knowledgeable of gfree needs.

Hand cut fries and dedicated fryer = holy grail at this order at counter fast food place near Warfield theater. Order burger protein style (lettuce wrap). Burgers cooked on same surface as buns - ask to wipe clean before cooking yours.
