THIS. PLACE. IS. AMAZING. So many gluten free options, all amazing. I had the orange chicken, the satay, the Parmesan fries, and the sesame balls and I could not be happier. The staff is super knowledgeable, and they have a dedicated gluten free fryer. We went here twice during our three days in La Paz.

Por Supuesto rocks. A hidden gem before reaching the tourist trap of the Malecón. It's close to Marina Cortez. We were a group of 6. We arrived on a Wednesday. We were able to be sat, unbeknownst to us it was Trivia Night. Rafa, greeted us and explained some favorites. We started with Parmesan Truffle Oil Fries with Basil and Satay Chicken Skewers with peanut sauce. Our non-GF friends raved about the Lumpia Rolls (dedicated GF fryer). I had the GF Crispy Orange Chicken. Two other GF friends ordered the Singapore Noodles (they use Tamari instead of Soy). Good wine selection and creative cocktails. They too cater to vegan lifestyles. A rare surprise in La Paz!

OMG, Celiac safe, Parmesan fries, exquisite orange chicken, crème brûlée for desert. I’m in heaven here and wish I lived closer as I’d be here often. Much English spoken here, great communication on Celiac safe. My friends also loved their non-gf dishes.

Hiden gem! Came here with some locals and was blown away by the attention to detail. Adorable unassuming spot with a bright happy interior and plenty of space. A little off the busy Malecon, closer to the marina and absolutely worth going off the touristy path. Food was amazing. Who knew there was actually good Asian food in La Paz, much less good GLUTEN FREE Asian??? Owner came over to discuss menu and safety protocol with me then checked everything again before serving. Dedicated gluten free fryer. Rice flour for dredge, and tamari sauce. Owner is gluten sensitive so understands our needs. Table shared a few dishes. GF Orange chicken was amazing ( seriously had tears in my eyes). Curry good, but I prefer a little more heat. Parmesan fries good. Pleased to see such attention to all the dishes. Everyone left full, happy, healthy and vowing to return often. *Group returned the next night for trivia night (Wednesdays). Amazing fish taco appetizer. And the filled Sesame balls for desert disappeared. Happy table and I had a happy belly

They have a DEDICATED GF FRYER.
I had FRENCH FRIES! I nearly wept.
Anyway, the owner is gluten intolerant, the waiter has a nut allergy and they are very careful.
It is an Asian inspired restaurant. I had fried orange chicken with jasmine rice and a side of fries.
Other GF options are a "mexican taco salad", a Hawaiian style chicken dish (using gf tamari), chicken satay app.
It is not a dedicated gf place but I felt very comfortable after playing the "20 questions game".
Good peeps.
