They no longer have a dedicated frier, and all the heat options (Novice, Nashville, etc.) have cross contamination as they dip everything in the same seasonings. This extremely limits their menu. I used to love it here, but they are getting less and less celiac friendly.

This is the cutest yummiest little restaurant. Very clear menu and very knowledgeable staff. I have a dairy allergy as well and I still had plenty of options!

Lots of GF side options but they no longer have a designated fryer as their new fries have a wheat additive. Manager was super knowledgeable and helpful, but we ended up leaving as my son wanted fries

Dedicated fryers!!! Will change their gloves, aware of celiac. Fast fun greasy food! Yeah! Tater tots, cornmeal battered fried chicken and catfish. Did not get sick.

The menu has gluten free items marked and if you’re celiac, you can spot the safest items. The staff will not be any help. I’ve been here twice and got the same result both times. The food is good. I think a very sensitive celiac might not want to eat here. I had baked chicken, beans and coleslaw. Stomach felt a little uneasy after but no major fallout.

The menu is very clearly marked with GF next to entree choices. Just make sure you make it clear that you need it to be served/prepared gluten free. They have a “no bread” option that needs to be selected at time of order. I am Celiac and had the roasted chicken, corn, and coleslaw with no ill effect.

There are a few items such as the oven roasted chicken, brussel sprouts, porch corn, cole slaw, chicken salad, a few salads (minus croutons) and grilled shrimp. They don’t specify if something is fried or breaded on the me u or when you order, so you have to ask.
Back-porch atmosphere and good food, can get a little overwhelming when busy
