Have been here multiple times. Both of the chefs actually talked to me on the phone. They are very knowledgeable about cross contamination and supportive. They have three fryers and one is only for the fries so they are truly GF. The chef Jim even told me that another employee mistakenly put an onion ring in the fry fryer a few weeks ago and they shut it down and completely cleaned it so it could be used for fries again. Most meats are GF. I highly recommend the Caprese salad with pulled pork on top. My daughter is a very sensitive celiac and she loves the fries and did not get sick.

All of their meats and BBQ sauces are gluten free. They also have potato salad and coleslaw that are both gf. They do offer gluten free buns, even though they are not on the menu. But, it did not come out marked as gluten free, so it made me uneasy about whether the bun was actually gluten free or not.
