Review of Pork on a Fork BBQ & Catering Camelback

They are a new establishment, so they do not have gluten-free written anywhere yet. The owner was there and she assured me the beef brisket and chicken were completely separate and gluten-free and not in contact with bread or sauce. I took home the brisket and it is delicious.
