Their menu was marked well regarding allergens. However, when asked specifically about how GF options were prepared and possibility of cross-contamination, the wait staff had little to know knowlege of how foods were prepared. They relayed a question to the chef for us but no one else came to talk to us. When the waitress came back to presumably answer the question she seemed less than confident in what she was communicating. Ultimately, our celiac daughter decided not to order food.
