Stayed at the Hotel Nia- my husband (non-celiac) needed to eat so we went to the restaurant. They have GF items marked on the menu, but after asking the staff (who was very kind!) they had no confidence in being able to feed me safely.
Their fryer is not dedicated GF, and they have no dedicated kitchen space. At least the wine is nice!
