What a fantastic surprise! A totally gluten free restaurant. Overwhelming # of choices! We were all happy with our meals.

Excellent choice! We made it a point to come back here for a second visit. The food is wonderful, there is a good selection of desserts and some amazing fruit drinks. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Such a nice place for celiac gluten free. Everything on menu gf! Loved the pizza and tacos! Def a place to stop if going through Liberia!

Oh la la!! Everything Is gluten free! And everything is delicious! They had pita bread, and sandwich bread, and pasta, and salads, and eggplant tempura! And the bakery! We came here because of all the descriptions of the baked goods but lunch was just as fabulous. We would eat here everyday if we could.

We stopped here for breakfast after arriving at the Liberia airport. This restaurant is completely gluten free and also has many dairy free options. We all (GF and non GF) enjoyed the food and the variety of options.

Very safe, fully gluten free. Chicken sandwich was good but took a long time. Fries were great!

This is a rare find with a completely gluten free facility. The bakery case alone made me swoon (I’m not kidding). We had the chicken sandwich and empanadas for lunch. Both were very good. Dessert was a decadent brownie, beautifully decorated with homemade caramel and different kinds of chocolate. We took passionfruit cheesecake and the gorgeous chocolate cake to go. This is a gem of a spot for anyone but for those of us who can’t eat gluten, it’s a rare treat.

What an adorable and friendly place! We ate outside in a garden. Everything is gluten free and made in house. The food was great, in fact, so good that my gluten eating husband said he never would have known it was GF. We didn’t have desert, but boy did they have great options! The waiter was helpful and accommodating. The setting is definitely nice enough for a “date night”.

Great food and great service. My family and I were super excited to find a 100% gluten free restaurant in Liberia that is safe for someone with celiac. They were even able to accommodate other allergies with advanced notice. The food and desserts were great. Even my picky kids loved it. We ate here 3 times. Prices were super reasonable. Our family of 5 had lunch plus desserts and it was under $100.

Absolutely amazing! So great to have a whole restaurant gluten free in Costa Rica. Had sandwiches and tacos and crepes and we all loved them. Highly recommend.

First of all, this is a dedicated facility! Yay!!! The lunch and café menu has all kinds of goodies and includes vegetarian options. They have tortillas, guacamole, ceviche, burgers, bowls, salads, tacos, casados, flat breads, sandwiches, grilled Delmonico, crepes and for the kids mini burgers or chicken fingers. We had the Delmonico, it was tasty and the potatoes on the side just right, the watermelon gin & tonic was so very refreshing. For dessert we had Maracuya cheesecake. It was 👌🏼 They have keto options too.

PS: they used to be down the street, this is a new location.

Excellent find! They’ve been here now for 13 months??!! I live in Tamarindo and just found out about this place. Marketing isn’t much of a thing in CR but so glad I found this place. Owner is Tica and Celiac. Delicious mix of Tico food and more plus dessert and coffee!

This is a gem for gluten free dining in Liberia- it’s a new 100% gluten free restaurant. They also accommodate other allergies. We had the special fish of the day, pizza, panini, crepes and a beautiful dessert list.
