Review of Posh Pastries Gourmet Bakery

I think this is a place you "gamble with your guts". The risk of cross contamination is HUGE here & when i showed the owner logistically if she could put the GF cupcakes on top of her shelf there would be less risk of crumbs dropping from the baked good & trays of GF items below.... She was completely not open to helping her bakery be safer to eat at. Years ago i was desperate & would buy there & get sick about 1/4 of the time ... Now we have a dedicated bakery called Gluten Escape that is so accessible off Tamarack & i-225 that has a HUGE selection - THE BEST service - & the owner & her family are celiac so she "gets it". Flour is just everywhere in a small bakery - even if they have their dedicated day & dedicated drawer... I got sick there too many times :(
