We take extra precautions while working with gluten free. Our gluten free dough is prepared on daily biases, in our kitchen. Never frozen, and it’s one of the best gluten free pizzas in the nation.
We do open our pizzas with gluten free rice floor. We bake in a 950 degree wood burning oven and then we cut your pizza with a clean and sanitized pizza cutter.
The chances for cross contamination are very low.

Postiano Pizza in Peachtree City was delicious! They all were knowledgeable about gluten free and what was and wasn’t safe. Even the cashier!
They said you can do most antipasto dishes as long as it’s not on toast and you can make GF calzones!!!
We had pizza (the crust was amazing), almalfi salad (yum) and gelato!
I am super sensitive and had NO issues!
