I have often come to POST for breakfast though they open at 10am. They substitute an gluten free English muffin for their biscuits, they are always careful and when I said I had celiac the waiter, they went on to ask about how sensitive I was, when I said extremely sensitive that he said no worries they would alert the kitchen to use separate utensils and knives and such to make sure I was safe. I have come away from a wonderful meal feel safe and enjoyed every mouthful.
