Ate breakfast here on 8/17/13. Chef David was knowledgable and very helpful. Everyone bent over backward to accommodate us. They keep some gfree bread options on hand. Lots of their dishes are easy to prepare gfree and they were happy to adjust processes and chef took time to talk with us to make sure he did everything correctly. Food quality excellent. Too bad they are thought of as a "hotel restaurant" because they are so much better than typical hotel restaurants.
