Absolutely delicious and I’m pretty sure I was okay but my server was not as knowledgeable about celiac’s/ gluten on the menu as I hoped! However he did tell me that the kitchen was very on it and let them know about my situation. I didn’t get sick and DAMN that food is so tasty. The pina coladas were next level good

I will give this restaurant 5 starts for being a safe place for a celiac to eat. I did not get sick and they were very knowledgeable about gluten. When I made the reservation, I wrote that I had celiac and the host mentioned that as soon as I arrived, which made me feel good! HOWEVER, if you don’t want to drop $160 (party of 2) and still be hungry afterwards, this restaurant is not for you. The portion size for the entrees were a joke. Our sides that came with the meal were so gross. There’s not a food I don’t like, but I couldn’t stomach them. I had some sort of kale salad that was DELICIOUS and the ahi meal. The ahi was good but it was 2 small pieces and the mashed carrots or whatever they were was not appetizing. My husband had two small pieces of duck and some weird goat cheese side that I couldn’t even eat. Even though we feel ripped off, we had a great time because we sat at the bar and the bartender Jeff was such a sweetie and gave us free champagne for our 10 year anniversary. It was memorable and a rip off 😂

What a fancy treat! The traditional Mai Thai was unforgettable. The kids were able to practice their manners and eat comfortably knowing the staff was confident they could prepare something safe and delicious. It’s the only sit down place we found. The food and sauces were dynamite. Celiac daughter didn’t get sick and ate a ton of Waygu.

Such a fun date night spot. Romantic, upscale, fairly ancy, but not to the point of being exclusive or snobby. Fish of the day was delicious, as was the gf chocolate marquesa! Also gave us a bunch of honeymoon treats once we told them we were newly weds. No reaction!

Best restaurant on Kauai! A true fine dining experience. Menu clearly denotes gluten free, dairy free and vegan. Many of the options can be adjusted to accommodate a celiac. What tops all this is the level of service provided, it was the only restaurant I went to on my 6 days on the island where I felt they actually cared to accommodate and weren’t like I’m too busy to care about your gluten allergy just leave. Beyond that level of care the food here is fantastic and changes seasonally. I cannot recommend getting a reservation and enjoying for yourself enough!

This was an EXCELLENT experience. Quite possibly the highlight of our dining in Kauai, actually. Plus they did a fantastic job with the allergies. They seem to make everything from scratch so they really know what's in everything. Most of us had fish as they have a lot and it was just excellent. My allergic son had the same as many of us did, seared Ahi tuna, and they just skipped the ponzu sauce for wheat. The best part was that they actually had a safe dessert for him which NEVER happens between his wheat and nut allergies. They had two kinds of house made tropical fruit sorbets with a sweet potato sauce--I got to taste it and it was delicious. My son was so happy, and that means I'm happy. Definitely a high recommend.

I specified Celiac and the hostess said they could accommodate. Only a few items marked GF and I ordered the market fish. Portions were small and the Blue Marlin was only so-so. I felt safe, but the limited options and okay taste made me less than thrilled for the price. Still, I didn’t get sick, so that’s always a win when eating while traveling.

Polenta cake! GF options. Recommend.
Very good! Celiac safe and friendly. Very knowledgeable staff. Get the polenta cake appetizer- delicious. Also the Thai coconut rice noodle dish is delicious- spicy! Atmosphere was authentic and quaint and our dining experience was even more enhanced after being seated next to Ben Stiller and family!

Great place. Excellent service and delicious food. Several gluten free options. Ask about fish specials. We did fresh odo. Really good. I also had the polenta appetizer with pineapple chutney. It was almost a meal and really Hawaiian. Go there hungry.
