These are possibly the best fries in Oregon. They got lots of interesting sauce options too and the pork shoulder is pretty tasty on top! I’m a sensitive symptomatic celiac and did not get sick! Lovely outdoor seating options, queer welcoming atmosphere.

I was sort of confused because here it says they’re gf but the website still lists sauces like the satay as containing gluten. But that’s out of date! Everything is now gf! I enjoyed the satay fries and look forward to trying everything else I couldn’t have before. Portions are downright enormous so bring a friend.

Sigh, some of the reviews allowed to stay up here are super frustrating. Nima has dubious validity and is known to have low specificity, I.e., it turns up false positives at a rate that would not be tolerated for any other medical test or device. Learn some basic statistics before letting an expensive device dictate your life. This has been a dedicated gf cart owned by someone with celiac for MONTHS now. They don’t even let employees bring gluten in their lunches. No gluten anywhere near the cart. So what’s likelier, that there’s secret gluten trying to poison you, or that you ate too much grease and the test known for false positives turned up a…false positive?

If you think the portions here are small I’m really curious where you go that serves you 3 pounds of fries because I can barely even look at the amount of food they give you here.

Went out of our way to eat here yesterday as it was supposed to be safe for celiac. It was horrid. The fries were dark dark brown and tasted burned. Within 30 minutes a stomach ache started. Crying by the time we made it home it was so bad. Tested the fries, curds, ranch and mustard… Nima showed gluten. Went through 3 testers before I narrowed it down to the sauces. The risk of eating here was not worth it.
