All the savory gallettes are marked gluten free, made from buckwheat flour, and all the sweet crêpes can also be made with buckwheat on request. Staff have good understanding of cross contamination and took my questions seriously. Note that their hours are a bit odd - I arrived at 3pm on a Friday and they were closed (despite their hours saying they'd be open until 7pm). I returned the following day at 11:30 am and they were open but didn't take food orders until noon, so I just had tea and waited. Overall delicious and a good option in Bayeux.

A menu including baked potatoes should be on everyone’s list. In a town with small choices for gluten free, this still shines and is a reasonably priced eatery with nice waitstaff.
