Review of Poutine Centrale

We stopped here for lunch, and I was a bit nervous based on reviews. But I needed to eat, and the gravy was gf, so I went for it. I got poutine with smoked meat and pickles. It was absolutely delicious, and I did not get sick at all! I tend to get sick easily from cross contact. They don't have dedicated fryers, but they have very few non-gf fried items, so I took a chance. It worked out great! Definitely recommend if you're willing to chance the fryer.
