Didn't really ask too many questions about the GF options on the menu (since nothing was listed,) but my wife, who is celiac, had the enchiladas and was totally fine. They do make their own chips, so there could be a cross contamination issue with a shared fryer. She just avoided them. Not many options after 8:00 in Tucumcari, but if you get traditional Mexican stuff here with corn tortillas, you'll probably be fine. Don't think she ate the Mexican rice, though.
