The staff claims the gluten free pizzas are completely safe, though there is the possibility of cross contamination EVERYWHERE as it is a small shared preparation space with the regular pizzas
PLEASE BEWARE. The staff member preparing my food repeatedly reassured me that he was taking all the precautions to make sure my pizza would be completely free, and then started talking about how they use semolina as a binder instead of gluten. When I looked up semolina, I discovered that it is a WHEAT ingredient!!! This is not a safe restaurant for celiacs!!
