Got order wrong even after talking to 2 people. Trainee struggled and gave phone to another staff. Ordered gluten free crust. Picked up, drove home 20 minutes, opened box to a wheat based crust. Receipt confirmed. I wouldnt have known except that my wife also ordered a GF crust and that one was correct (at least hope so) and looked different. That can be serious mistake for someone sensitive with celiac.
Then, the poor customer service when I called them. I asked for a redo of the pizza and deliver it, or refund my money. Manager (26feb2022) said ‘they’re not a delivery service’ and that I would get a free pizza next time. Super confident about that happening. I suggested a refund, to which I was hung up on. Not at all customer focused or empathetic to their mistakes impact on customers

Owner reached out which I appreciated because the whole perceived poor customer was odd-the hang up after requesting refund.
The owner said they were refunding charge. So, here it is…
We ate my wife’s pizza which I thought was pretty good. This one had the GF crust which I thought was good
However, the customer service training and procedure to ensure that when a GF pizza is ordered, a GF pizza is what is delivered needs some improvement. No excuses on making that mistake. Redundancy maybe is needed
