We stopped by for pizza and smoothies on our way through town on vacation. Both were excellent!! Such a relief to be able to order anything on the menu and not worry. The pizzas are small, but filling with a nice airy crispy crust and flavorful sauce. Topping are very good. Paired with a smoothie it was plenty filling on a warm day. We did buy two pizzas for our teen son, but he’s the one with celiac, so it was fun to see him enjoy pizza without stress! Can’t wait to try the chicken. Friendly knowledgeable server. I don’t mind the “slightly higher” (I didn’t really find them to be much more than other quality fast food these days) prices to have well trained staff and safe food…it’s the cost of doing business these days. Will be stopping by for breakfast next time. This will be a regular stop on our road trips! If the owner reads this, we would love to see a location along the 15 where parking is ample (for us hauling campers)…not sure we could even navigate our trailer through China Town, LOL.

We stopped here during a short stay in Vegas. All the smoothies were fantastic and the breakfast sandwiches and focaccia were delicious. A huge hit for our family where 3 out 4 of us are not GF.

Love their pizzas and shorties! When I was there they were taste testing a garlic bread. Yes! Yes! Yes! I hope that shows up on the menu soon.
Also I will drive out of my way for the bomb.coms. Breakfast rolls with cream cheese rolled in. Sooooooooo good!

I will not give my business to any company or restaurant that markets to gf consumers but then uses certified gf wheat starch that is processed to remove gluten. I do appreciate the transparency of this ingredient on your website, however when there are other great tasting pizza crust mixes that do not contain certified gf wheat starch, I simply cannot understand or support a business that chooses to use one with gf wheat starch. I suggest to anyone that wants to learn more about this topic, that you become a member of glutenfreewatchdog.com and look at test results and articles written about this topic. Anytime I’m in the vicinity of a gluten free chicken nugget, I’m going to try it, and they were tasty so I am glad I did. Still, this place is a little weird. You order from a window and pick your food up from a locker.
I truly don’t understand why an entirely GF establishment would have items with wheat. Sure, it might be technically safe for some celiacs, but it’s also very off-putting and worrisome for other celiacs. I came here for an açaí bowl and nuggets - both were very tasty, although small portions and expensive!
I would not be comfortable trying the pizzas, given that they contain wheat.

I ate here multiple times while staying in Vegas. I wouldn’t say it’s the best food in the world but it’s quick and easy and I absolutely feel safe eating here. I had nuggets, pizza, a breakfast sandwich and a smoothie. No reaction to anything.

Loved the food! We had the pina colada smoothie, chunky monkey kids, cheeseburger pizza and chicken bbq pizza.
My partner is symptomatic celiac and I’m intolerant after years of not eating it. This is a rare find! Amazing crust.
Idk how to put it but I get annoyed at how many places that are GF and also super duper healthily. I understand that’s some people’s draw to it but being forced to go GF, I miss this type of “junk” food. Now I say “junk” because the ingredients are really good here and didn’t make me bloated or anything! Even the kids smoothie used dates to sweeten instead of processed sugars or artificial sweeteners. Will for sure order again.

hit or miss, I've been here a handful of times and I think weekends are much better when they're busier. I do hope they become more consistent so I can come all the time when I visit LV!
It is nice to have a quick service type of place that is certified gluten free- my daughter had the sausage waffle in a stick and it brought her back to the days when she could eat pancake sausage on an stick! We also did the chicken nuggets and smoothies. The smoothie was the best smoothie I’ve ever had! I wish they had more sauces for the nuggets and also had a place to sit down inside. Otherwise, great experience and I am Glad we stopped by while in town.

I’ve been to a lot of gf restaurants and this place is by far the worst. I got a smoothie, pizza, and chicken nuggets. The pizza was rubbery and had no flavor. The chicken was extremely dry, it looked gray, and the only option for dipping sauce was hot honey (which was not spicy at all). I am always one to finish my food even if it’s not good but I genuinely could not finish it, the chicken scared me. And the smoothie was good, not great. This place looked cute, the packaging and branding was nice, and I was excited to try after a long travel day. Super disappointing, I wish I bought a gf frozen pizza from the store instead. Icing on the cake was that it wasn’t cheap on the wallet either.

So I can finally make a review here as I was behind the scenes for this location. I can give you straight up advice though as a celiac, you can give this place a try but if you react to bobs red mill, oats, wheat starch (“gluten removed”) or legumes this place will not befriend your tummy.
Luckily whey and cream cheese are about the only sources of dairy besides most of the pizzas.
If you are curious about ingredients I know the sources of nearly everything.
The “white chocolate” they use is questionable and now they have a pumpkin season drink that has had me sick since trying it over a week ago.
I really wish the owner was actually celiac or open to more feedback. She is all over the Yelp page and sometimes seems like she cannot accept that she needs help running this business for celiacs because right now the supply, stock and menu is giving vegan and also ‘happens to be GF’ not gluten free certified and made specifically for celiacs.
I can make better decisions on sources of supplies as a celiac, maybe stick to the vegan gf model but don’t claim dedicated or under 5ppm if you use Ghirardelli’s chocolate with a “may contain wheat” warning. Yikes! Ok
Edit: the owner has commented below, technically 5ppm is *ACCEPTABLE.

It’s eye opening to see the types of reviews that are responded to by leadership. No constructive criticism allowed. I am not sure if it’s a legal stance to protect the brand, which doesn’t actually protect people like us. I’ll stick to my mom and pop shops that are celiac owned, where the owner is always available if I have questions as a patron. Thank you.
2nd edit: My opinion is my right, and your conduct can definitely negatively affect my willingness to give your brand money. I don’t think bobs red mill is safe. It’s my duty as a celiac to warn other celiacs if I get sick here. That’s the point of this website. If you respond again it just proved my point of a non-celiac owner gaslighting us into eating small ppms. Yikes again! Corrupt to say the least. You are not doing this right.

We don’t make claims, we are certified gluten-free to be less than 5 PPM. We have spoken to and have a strong letter of explanation from Ghirardelli who makes our white chocolate, it was approved by The Gluten-Free Food Program (GFFP) and is recognized as the most comprehensive and practical gluten-free certification program. I don’t quite understand what “behind-the-scenes” means because anyone that I have given a tour of our food Manufacturing kitchen would know that we are certified gluten-free less than 5 PPM. EDIT: The FDA standard for GF is 20, we are certified less than 5 PPM. That is a fact. Our Pumpkin Pie or Pumpkin Cloud smoothies have not been released, yet, and neither is dairy-free. I respond to each review, because I do care deeply. I am the founder, Menu developer, manager, trainer, dishwasher, etc. this is my baby. I am not one to give the standard copy and paste response. I read each one, offer an explanation or information on our brand and always offer a gift card. Because I care. Every PowerSoul staff has had GF training and is certified. Our kitchen is certified (less than 5 PPM, our stores are certified (less than 5 PPM), our staff is certified. You have no basis for your low safety score. One can only assume your motives for your review and score. Edit 2: our gluten-free certification can be verified in minutes, and yet you keep attacking and spreading false information. Of course, we will stand up for ourselves. Oh, and don’t come after Bob’s certified gluten-free Redmill, they are a great company.
As a Celiac, I was so excited to hear that a 100% gluten-free restaurant was opening up. It's so hard to find a restaurant that can safely do real gluten-free food and I don't have to ask 400 follow up questions to make sure the food isn't cross-contaminated.
I figured that a place with a name like "power soul cafe" with a giant orange slice logo would feature healthy foods. I imagined they'd have gluten-free sandwiches, bowls, salads and soups. Nope!
This place sells the same gluten-free junk foods that I can buy at Walmart in the frozen section, but at a massive premium. They also sell $15 5-inch keto pizza and $10-$17 smoothies. Is this Erewhon?
Speaking of pizzas, why are the pizzas so small for the price? 5 and 6 inch pizzas are not standard anywhere else. I can get the most expensive 10-12 inch frozen gluten-free pizza at any grocery store cheaper than $15. It seems like selling mini pizzas is going to do nothing but drive potential repeat customers away.
As far as the rest of the menu, what seems like previously frozen waffles, previously frozen chicken tenders, bagels and mini desserts can be ordered at a walk-up window and then you go next door to go into an area where your order is left in a little locker. There's no place to even throw away your straw wrapper. I used the hand sanitizer pump to put my drink on so I could put my straw in. They need a table and a trash bin.
I ended up ordering a $9 vegan "chicken" and waffle sandwich. It was 2 faux tenders, faux egg and 2 waffles that clearly weren't made in-house.
As a Celiac, I'm so tired of only being able to get super processed junk food as a gluten-free option. Did anyone poll the gluten-free community what foods they're unable to get or that they'd like to purchase before creating this menu?
Gluten-free food is already so expensive, I'm not going out of my way to go to a restaurant unless it's something I can't make at home or can't buy at the grocery store. Please reconsider the food menu. I don't see this place staying in business if they don't.

We needed breakfast before our flight and this was a good safe option. A little pricey, but it’s all gf and in Vegas, so we fully expected that. The smoothies are massive and taste very good. The breakfast sandwich was also tasty even for being vegan. Their allergen filters make it easy to see what’s safe if you have other allergies, and the owner even emailed me to confirm what has wheat starch in it.

Dedicated gluten free. Friendly staff. It’s a walk-up window and there is no seating, so be prepared to eat while walking or bring a car.
Menu ranges from colourful fruit smoothies to delicious ‘junk’ food - something sometimes hard to find for celiacs.
I had the chicken nuggets, which were hot and tasty, and the keto pizza - also very satisfying.
Let’s be honest, this is not a place you go for authentic Italian style pizza or fresh salads. It is American style fast food and, while somewhat greasy, it was everything I’d hoped for.
About a 15 minute walk from the Rio Hotel and Gold Coast.

We went there today and got almost all on the menu as we had to travel for next couple of hours. All was very good and smoothis were just great (we tried 3 different). Chicken nuggies were a bit dry and vegan salami on pizza was so so but the crust was delicious. Also keto buns with cream cheese were great. The least delicious was waffel with chicken , maybe because it was served with maple sirup:) not a usual combination for us. Corn dog was very good. Portions are small and it is a bit expensive for the amount of food you get. Open 24h !

Food tasted okay. The nuggets were dry, and the pizzas were tiny. They were around the size of a dessert plate. So keep that in mind when ordering. It was also quite expensive for the amount of food you get. I guess it's nice that it's for sure gluten free though.

It was a little hard to understand what to do at first but you order at the window then wait in this room with pickup lockers and another window. There was only one person working when we were there so they were slow but the food was great. We got this 12 pack of goodies that was so tiny; I wouldn’t get it again because it seemed expensive for what we got, but the items in it were good. This place is so cute! They have pickup lockers or a walk up window and you can order ahead online if you want. I ordered the spicy chicken sausage pizza, chicken nuggets, and corn dogs. Fasted most of the day so this is more than i would usually order but I heard the portions were on the small side and also wanted to try some variety from here. The pizza I got was more like a flatbread, no red sauce, but very good crust, fluffy and chewy. They are 6 inches so a personal sized pizza. The box it came in was insulated which is nice. Chicken Nuggets were more like small popcorn chicken pieces but pretty good, decent amount I would say for the price. They came with hot honey which I enjoyed. When you order corndogs, it comes with two probably because one is about half the size of regular corndog. They weren’t anything special, a little higher quality than frozen ones. Spent about $27 but it’s open 24 hours and has a dedicated gluten-free kitchen so I think it’s worth the price especially if anywhere else you wanna go is already closed or you’re concerned about cross contamination. Wish they had an on strip location. I would go back and try some of their smoothies and breakfast items.

A great place if you often worry about food being cross contaminated! They are 100% gluten free. Smoothies are great with tons of options. The food portions are small, but I have found that to be the case with gluten free food anyway. Open 24/7–it’s nice to be able to grab something anytime just like anyone who isn’t celiac can.

Super disappointed in our visit: after waiting 5-10 minutes behind a nice man on his telephone who kept saying “she is saying she’ll be a minute” I decided to order online. but it defaulted to another location (which was super far away, when I realized it I got the attention of the less than helpful “attendant” and she couldn’t even tell me where the other location was. After the 15-20 minute drive to pick up the tiny micro sized food we ate it at the tiny picnic table and had to take our trash with us since there wasn’t a receptacle.

The portions were on the smaller side, but even my gluten- loving friend enjoyed the taste and I told an Uber driver they make great smoothies. No seating so we had to sit on the curb but it was a good experience! They should put up a picnic table.

Das Powersoulcafe kann ich nur empfehlen. Es ist alles glutenfrei! Aber Achtung, in der Pizza wird wohl glutenfreie Weizenstärke benutzt. Ich habe alles gut vertragen und die Pizza war zwar etwas klein, aber sehr lecker. Große Empfehlung!

World’s first 100% dedicated gluten free 24-hour fast food chain. Not 100% wheat free, some (not all) of their pizzas use gluten free wheat starch so not safe for wheat allergy, but third-party tested and certified to <5ppm of gluten. Phenomenal pizzas and breakfast options, smoothies and smoothie bowls, and desserts. Tons of vegan, vegetarian, sugar free, and keto options. Seriously the best pizza I have Ever had, including before going gluten free. All of my non-GF friends love this place. The owner knows her stuff and is so kind. This is the first ever certified GF fast food chain 🥲 it’s a celiac’s dream! They have pizza, corn dogs, chicken nuggets, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, açaí bowls, smoothies, cupcakes, and more! They also have tons of options that are dairy free, keto, vegan, vegetarian.
On their website they have a “Fearless Dining” tool - go to the right upper corner, click the orange circle, and click “Discover my power”. Their tool allows you to narrow down their menu by specific allergies / avoidances (soy, MSG, corn, eggs, fish, etc) It is a truly allergen-friendly establishment and I am SO happy to see it.
NOTE: They do note on their website that some of their pizzas contain Certified GF Wheat Starch that has been processed to meet the FDA requirements for gluten-free foods (contains < 5 ppm of gluten - whereas ‘certified’ GF allows < 10 ppm) so technically safe for celiac but NOT suitable for wheat allergy (IgE - anaphylactic type).

We only had smoothies so I can’t speak to the food at all, but the smoothies were delicious. I love that you can choose what kind of sweetener you want- turbinado sugar, monkfruit, or dates. My daughters loved their strawberry banana kids smoothies!

The concept is there! I want to love this but unfortunately I don’t. It took 20 minutes for 2 smoothies and a waffle stick… it was cold on the inside. I messaged their instagram (which is run by the chains owner). I was met with a lack of responsibility, claiming the corn dog couldn’t be cold… explaining their process, excusing the employees timing bc the avocados were too frozen for the smoothie…
Beyond the fact that this is a gluten free dining option they still unnecessarily use wheat starch in their pizzas (except for one???) which is so contradictory… Dana, the owners response is that she “can’t solve all the worlds problems”. Her general energy is erratic and abrasive.
I don’t support Dana or her business. Celiac/gluten free/wheat allergy are all best friends, hand-in-hand.
She did refund me for the experience I had. But yeah… overpriced, and not for me.

Very good gluten-free Pizza and further snacks in a very friendly take away service concept incl. Drive-Through. Highly recommended for gluten-free allergy or coeliac impacted persons. The prices appear to be high but the freshly made pizzas taste great and you get well fed with a regular hunger. There several more gluten-free food choices like bagels, bowls and a good selection of smoothies.

So I just ate here to make sure: first off the portions for the price is a rip off. People with celiacs don’t have a choice to eat gluten free. And it shouldn’t be like twice to three times the normal price of food. This place is over priced, the food is not good, and it’s horrible customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else
