Review of Praga Restaurant

Supposedly everything can be made gluten free (except one sauce). They cook gf meals separately. ask numerous times if gluten free. I got into trouble once. But i go back cuz food is yummy. Once they get to know you they improve their focus on gf. Avoid the chocolate mousse. It’s not really gluten free even if they say it is. I avoided the restaurant for a year after a major screw up on gluten. Haven’t gotten sick this summer though. Seems like manager figured out the seriousness of gf
