Fantastic experience with a gluten-free dining experience. Separate GF menu for pizza and pasta and the regular menu also had GF options. The staff and the chef 100% understood cross-contamination; provided me with gluten-free bread with my own oil/balsamic to dip the bread in along with other things they did to make the experience safe. The food was fantastic and the restaurant extremely clean.
