Preludio Restaurant

This restaurant was a delightful surprise in Cortona. Very friendly and accommodating of my GF needs. I thought I was just getting the ravioli dish adapted with GF pasta, but was floored to receive delicious GF ravioli in addition to yummy GF rolls. Highly recommend this place!

I just came here today and they were very accommodating with my gluten and lactose intolerance: - they have courses without gluten/lactose - they also have gluten free pasta - they adapted my food to not have allergens in it - the gluten free bread is baked on the spot from the freezer
