They’re knowledge about cross contamination. Food was amazing. Potatoes fried in separate frier.
They have several options marked as GF on the menu and can also modify some unmarked items by subbing in GF bread!
They only have a few gluten free options, but I was confident that the items were safe and prepared with care. I had an omelette with turkey sausage, cheese, and caramelized onions. It also came with some of their potatoes. Be prepared to wait if you go on a weekend, it's a popular place.
