Great food, good variety of GF options that are well marked on the menu. Staff was knowledgeable and confirmed when serving that they took extra caution with my meal.

I got the prep omelette and it was great! The potatoes it came with were my favorite part. I tried some of the monster bowl that someone else ordered.. honestly, kind of gross. Luckily it was gluten free. I was disappointed in the amount of gluten free options, there are only like 4-5 GF things. It was a really cute restaurant with great service, I just wish that there were more options, and that the options were more consistently delicious.

I explained to the server that I had Celiac and she described how careful Prep & Pastry was handling gluten cross-contamination. Not true, I had a bad reaction just having scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes for breakfast there. Thank goodness I declined their "gluten-free" toast.

They’re knowledge about cross contamination. Food was amazing. Potatoes fried in separate frier.

They have several options marked as GF on the menu and can also modify some unmarked items by subbing in GF bread!

They only have a few gluten free options, but I was confident that the items were safe and prepared with care. I had an omelette with turkey sausage, cheese, and caramelized onions. It also came with some of their potatoes. Be prepared to wait if you go on a weekend, it's a popular place.
