Really hit or miss at this place. They do have gluten free bread that is pretty good. They will change their gloves if it is celiac or an allergy but you will have to ask some staff to wipe down the counter space. They can grab fresh ingredients if you ask as well (only for certain toppings though). The sandwiches that are gluten free are marked on the menu. Lots of their sandwiches are gluten free, but any sandwiches with vegan meat and some other meat choices aren’t. You should ask them not to grill your sandwich since the grill is completely covered in wheat bread crumbs. If you don’t, they will double wrap your sandwich in parchment paper, but after one bad experience I would not risk it. Safer to go to Subway honestly, but Pressd does have more unique offerings in my opinion. The problem generally arises when they take the sandwich off the grill. Some staff place the sandwich down and take it off the parchment paper before wrapping it in fresh paper to go, but two times now they have just placed the contaminated paper inside the paper that is used to wrap it (i really hope that makes sense) I made the mistake of eating it once and got very sick, the second time I was able to give the sandwich to my brother and get a meal at home instead
