Love this place! I can't eat ANY grains except rice, corn, and oats. Lucky for me Presto Fast Italian has GF rice and corn pasta AND zoodles! The veggies and most of the proteins are gluten free - I'd steer clear of meatballs and sausage. The only sauce that has gluten is alfredo- so pesto, garlic and olive oil, marinara, and bolognese are GF! So almost everything they have is GF. When you order, tell them you are GF because they have separate cooking utensils used only for GF customers. The only things with gluten in the restaurant are the regular semolina flour pasta, alfredo, meatballs, and sausage. I have no evidence that the meatballs and sausage contain gluten- but those often do, so I'm recommending to steer clear.
I haven't been contaminated at Presto- and I would know!
As I'm looking at the questions below- I'm going to add more! There is no fryer in the restaurant. They don't cook the GF pasta in the pasta cookers used for regular pasta. The gluten free is cooked in a separate pot on the induction burners away from anything containing gluten. While there are gluten ingredients, there isn't much opportunity for cross contamination. Just let the workers know and they will accommodate your requests. They are very friendly. Outdoor seating- I've been to a few of their locations and some do have outdoor seating.
Since I've eaten there many times I've had many different combinations of their food- my fave is zoodles with all the veggies topped with garlic and olive oil and pesto for sauce!
