I’ve called them, as usual, before I’ve booked the daytickets. They could arrange everything for me and asked me to email them with my booking number and my request to eat GF. Next to that I had to inform someone of the staff when I wanted to eat. The knowledge of the staff surprised me in a good way! Everybody I asked immediately knew what to do! They made sure to me there wouldn’t be any cross-contamination and gave me all the gluten-free options they have. They had many options, even cake!
Of course I couldn’t touch the buffet, but if you are not so sensitive they can offer you a list of allergies.
