We had a layover of 8 hours at Hong Kong Airport and the only place we could find something safe and gluten free for my coeliac daughter was a takeaway coffee shop called Pret A Manger. All of their items have allergens marked on packaging. There was one item marked gluten free which was a chicken, egg and bacon salad. This was a lifesaver for my daughter
