They have an extensive separate GF menu. Only wish was that there were more meatless options for the pastas. A manager comes and takes your order. The manager also supervises the prep of your meal. They have many procedures in place to prevent cross contamination. I had the margarita pizza - it’s made in a separate pan and they even use separate sauce so that there’s no contamination with the ladle and gluten pizzas. The pizza was good.
