When I visited, we hadn't made a booking, so we had a 1 hour time limit before we had to leave as our table was reserved by someone else, so reservation is recommended.
As for gluten-free options, they have an entirely separate Allergen Menu, which lists all the menu items and their allergens, making it clear which options are suitable for coeliacs.
I opted for the Ham, Mushroom & Mascarpone pizza, which, for the gluten-free option uses the bought Scharr Pizza Base, which may be familiar to us on gluten-free diets, as they are commonplace for establishments doing GF pizzas.
My partner is also Dairy Free, and had the seafood linguine without any cheese, so there was relative ease to find a dairy free option too.
You do have to specify even when you have the Allergen Menu that you want the gluten-free option, but the staff member that served us was very friendly and helpful.
However, I am not sure of cross-contamination prevention measures, but I would expect it would be in consideration for both a chain restaurant and one that offers a gluten-free selection.
