They have a separate fryer for fries, but no GF buns or other safe options. They do have angry orchard on tap so a GF beer option.
Called ahead . Was told could get a bun and a salad that would be gf . French fries also. Manager couldn’t guarantee any meat to be gluten free. So I guess if want a salad and a bun , with no meat , it’s ok 🤷♀
March 14, 2022. They have GF buns and a dedicated French fry fryer. Therefore, you can have a 'real' Primanti sandwich. Both the bone in and boneless wings are lightly breaded and therefore not safe to eat. They are fried in a different fryer than the fries. Staff was very informative about GF options.

Gluten free options vary per Primanti Bros chain location. We called ahead asking if the restaurant had gluten free bread and they said yes! Upon arrival I mentioned my gluten allergies to the waitress and without skipping a beat she said they had gluten free bread and the fries were gluten free (bonus)! I asked about cross contamination and she said they toast the bread separately so they seem to have a good set up in the back. I ordered a pastrami and cheese sandwich which came on the standard GF white bread roll. Great bar to come with friends or coworkers and not have to worry so much! Oddly enough, there wasn't any mention of gluten free options on the menu. I guess that should be taken up with corporate.
So not go there if you have celiac the only thing that is gluten free are the rolls and fries.

I've been going here for a while and never had an issue. I love their famous Primanti sandwiches and have just been ordering without the bread. I've recently been offered a gluten free bun which tasted great and made the sandwich 10 times better! I was told this location has a dedicated French fry frier.
Got glutened horrendously from a shared flyer. Staff doesn’t have any way to prevent cross-contamination. Decent/cheap drinks though.
