Review of Prime 101 Steakhouse

I had great hopes of having a good experience here. The waitress wasn't too knowledgeable about celiac, but checked with the chef. I ordered the filet mignon with a Greek salad. The salad was good, but when my steak arrived it had Hollandaise sauce on it, which has flour in it. I had to send it back. Hubby ate his meal and finished by then time I got mine. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and won't be returning. Steak was good, not great.
