Prime 13

I explained to the hostess and our server that I had a wheat allergy and severe gluten sensitivity and they assured me they could accommodate that. I had flank steak, rice and vegetables which were all delicious. Unfortunately the next morning I woke up with a slamming headache. I would not go back for that reason.

My girlfriend has celiac and when we went to this resteraunt and asked about their prep, they said they were not super careful so we decided not to eat there. 3 points for honesty tho.

Prime-13 is the sister restaurant (speciality is steak) to Firefly in Manasquan. Even though their menu items aren't marked GF, the servers and chefs are very knowledgeable and there are many options, some that are even completely grain-free.
