Incredible high end restaurant. Items are not marked as gluten free and there is no dedicated fryer, but I got a very thorough response when I contacted them about celiac safe menu items. There is a member of the kitchen who is gluten free so the staff is well educated. Their steaks and most of their seafood options are gluten free, as well as most of their vegetable sides. The loaded baked potato was the best I’ve ever had. Great ambiance and experience. I suggest making reservations
