My spouse is gluten sensitive, and this seemed like the best choice to try. The Chef was very knowledgeable and most of the menu items were either gluten free or could be made so. A fine dining experience with a nice view of the golf course. The shrimp and grits were to die for, and no gluten reactions were noted. Give it a try. Probably not Celiac Friendly, but should be just fine for gluten intolerance.
