Prime Butcher & Brasserie

I called ahead of time and personally talked to the chef about a lot of options - there was grilled fish and chicken, hamburger steaks w/o gravy, salads, baked potatoes. It was refreshing to have the staff treat my questions and concerns so respectfully. I had the hamburger steak, no gravy, grilled veggies and a twice baked potato. Very good and I felt fine afterwards.
