When I told the waitress about having celiac disease, she was unsure about items I had questions about. In response, she had a chef come out and discuss the prep that is celiac safe and the food that is celiac safe. He also informed of the precautions they take. As for the food, definitely recommend!! The guacamole was delicious, as were the al pastor tacos I ordered. Every one else (non celiacs) enjoyed the food as well! The waitress also informed that the bartender wanted to inform about their hesitations (eg sugar - which they typically use agave for most, if not all drinks - just ask).
