It’s doable here, but with A LOT of effort and alert coordination. No GF menu. Nothing marked GF. You have to talk to the chef in person, the waitress initially said everything had gluten, though there are things on the menu that don’t have gluten from what we could see. The chef told us they usually have GF spaghetti but they are out of it. Fortunately we had called ahead and offered to bring our own GF pasta to pair with their sauces and they said yes. So that we could sit and dine in an Italian restaurant and look at all the paintings as if all was normal? Sure, we’ll do that. Their GF sauces: bolognese, white cream based sauce, white wine sauce with butter. Their gnocchi is NOT gluten-free because they mix wheat flour with/on it. They said they don’t reuse hot water for the pasta. We asked three times on that one. Good to chat with the chef.
