The staff was knowledgeable. It would have been nice to have a separate gluten free menu, instead foods with an asterisk could be made gluten free, but even than most of the items of the food would not be included. For example, a tenderloin usually comes on bread with onion straws, but gluten free is just the tenderloin. Expensive when you don’t get what you end up paying for.

No clear items listed on normal menu or an allergen menu available. Was served food that shared a fryer with breaded foods. Not very knowledgeable waitstaff or cook. Will not return.

Absolutely love eating at Primo!! They actually know what gluten is and have a separate prep space for Gf food. The pasta is so good!! I have Celiac and have never had an issue here. It is our go to spot for date night!!
