The cashew salad has a sesame dressing that has soy sauce in it, so not gluten free. I’d like to prevent anyone else from getting sick. They did remake my salad and were very nice about it. Be careful when ordering and double check..that makes me nervous to try anything else. The baked goods are brought in from a gluten free bakery I’m pretty sure!

I was hoping to grab brunch here on a recent visit to Lancaster, but unfortunately, was unable to. I spoke with the cashier about Celiac/CC and she advised me that the kitchen wouldn't be able to prepare my food safely since it's such a small space. I'm a bit confused by the glowing reviews on here, but maybe it's possible to get a safe meal here during a slower time? I thanked the cashier for her honesty and got a coffee and some of the baked goods they carry from a local GF bakery. Only non-dairy milks are pistachio(?) and oat, which the cashier took the time to show me was certified GF. It's a shame I couldn't try the food- super cute cafe with kind staff!

Spent a couple days in Lancaster and ate here twice for breakfast! The food was delicious and filling. Menu was clearly labeled.

We stopped in for breakfast and my celiac had the cheesy grits bowl, which was wonderful. I ordered the gf home fry bowl and it was delicious also! They also have lunch options. Definitely worth stopping by!

My friend recommended this place for the coffee, so naturally when we moved here we had to try it. It hasn’t been a week yet but we’ve been four times (don’t judge, our refrigerator didn’t come on time)! Can vouch for smoothies, coffee, matcha, lady grey, breakfast sandwiches, hash and grits meals. Everything has been on point. The drinks haven’t been overly syruped- but the e smoothies are sweet (fair warning). Delicious, always ready when they say it will be, super friendly staff. So glad to see this place thriving despite covid!!

They have great choice, for celiac

Great for GFree and for Gluten eaters. We ended up arriving only 30min before the kitchen closed and the food was still fantastic. We were planning on only getting dessert but ended up getting sandwiches too and were not disappointed! The GF bakery selection was slim, understandably at that time, but they did have available frozen. Reasonably priced, delicious and open late!

Excellent gluten free selection. I do have Celiacs with sensitive reaction. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they allow the college students to go in there and buy a cup of coffee and take up an entire table (four seats or whatever) for hours on end as people standing there with food have no place to eat. They seemingly have no policy to limiting the time that people can knit at a table, or play on their computers, all the while people with plates of food are forced to stand and eat.
Had a tasty GF blueberry muffin this morning. They also had peanut butter iced brownies and chocolate peanut butter oatmeal cookies. Good coffee.
