I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. The gluten-free menu for dinner was so good! I had different pasta dishes as well as meat/fish and desserts. I even got glutenfree Kaiserschmarren. And the bread I got during the wait was incredible. Every glutenfree dish is prepared in a separate kitchen so that you don’t have to worry about cross contamination! All in all a great experience!
