We love Prissy Pollys. The owners have a daughter that has to eat GF so they are aware of cross contamination. Our daughter has Celiac and has the BBQ twice, the mashed potatoes and green beans with no issues. They also have a GF section on the menu.

This is one of my go-to restaurants because there are so many options on their GF menu. Food is always good and I’ve never been sick. Now if they’d just start making that amazing Mac N Cheese (loved pre-DX) with GF noodles, the world would be a better place.

This place was absolutely incredible! My family of five got many gf things to share—eastern and Lexington bbq, spare ribs, brisket (no sauce), green beans, sweet slaw, red slaw. They put all the hush puppies on the side for the gluten eaters to enjoy. My favorites were the Lexington bbq, red slaw, and spare ribs. Delicious!

Great place! They took great care of our needs it was so good we went to and from on our family trip. Cute on the inside too. Just what you picture when you think of a southern BBQ joint.

Good food and knowledgeable staff. They have a separate menu at the register and notes "Gluten Allergy" when entering order so the kitchen staff will know. I've eaten there twice in the last month without any sickness.

Stopped here while on a road trip from the mountains back to Raleigh. this place has a lot of options, including a gluten free menu up at the registers. I made my own plate and got backyard chicken breast, Lexington BBQ (they also have ENC style BBQ), Lexington slaw (they call it BBQ slaw; they also have ENC sweet slaw), and Brunswick stew. All were great.
IMPORTANT: Everything comes with hushpuppies (they look like onion rings) on top of the food, so when ordering, make sure to ask for it without hush puppies. (I didn't realize this, and when my food came out, the hush puppies were on my food, I let them know that it would make me sick, and they quickly got me a new plate with new food. The waitress was awesome about it all.)
Next time I am driving through Kernersville, I won't hesitate to stop! A bonus is that it is about a quarter of a mile of of the interstate.

Found this from this app and so glad I did! ILOVE Eastern style BBQ and have been scared to try it since learning I can’t eat gluten. This place has a whole menu of things you can eat! I had the bbq, yellow slaw and stewed cabbage. So good! I’m not celiac, so not sure how good they are with cross contamination. But delicious and plenty to choose from. Will go back.
They had a good variety on their menu my son was craving BBQ.

This is a small down home cooking BBQ place. They had live blue grass. They have a gluten free menu taped up at cash register and I had eastern BBQ and potato salad. My husband had spare ribs and BBQ potatoes. They were both very good. You do have to remind them not to put hush puppies on your plate. I didn't get sick. I will be back. 😄

I did have to ask what was gluten free, but was immediately handed a long list of what was safe for me to eat! You do have to remind them not to put hush puppies on your plate, but it's totally worth it. LOVE that I didn't have to give up my favorite barbecue.

Really good food and a lot of options!!!
Great bbq, I had both styles of bbq, greenbeans and sweet slaw. Owner said if I had a reaction to let him know and he'd make changes. Very accommodating. I had no reaction and I'm very sensitive.
I was craving BBQ and no restaurants were coming up in the app. Delighted to find they had a gluten free menu - and not just a couple of items. And it was so good!
