A single GF treat is available here - coconut macaroons. I’m a moderate fan in general. But these…THESE! Perfect and worth the stop. The sweet, fresh, flavorful coconut - shaped mounds, the circumference of a tennis ball and almost as tall. The amazing crispy edges surround the whole mound, top to bottom. I know they are GF, but I am not celiac and I’m unsure of kitchen protocol.
