Review of Progress Seafood Buffet

This is an all you can eat Thai seafood buffet where the seafood (mostly fish, shrimps and squid) can be cooked to order. Since the fish is cooked using only fish sauce and garlic (no soy sauce) it is all GF. The dipping sauce is also GF. The buffet also features many other items which are already cooked (soups, salads, stir fries, curries), Some of them are GF and safe: papaya salad (som tam), curried crab (pad pong Kari our),. For the other items you need to check with the staff to see if they have soya sauce or oyster sauce (since the contain gluten).
