This is the best gluten free pizza ever! I have been celiac for 5 years and miss good pizza. This is the first time I’ve felt like I was eating regular pizza. MUST try it if near.

I LOVE the gf cheesy bread and gf pizza here. It tastes like real pizza crust, best I’ve ever had. The sauce is amazing too!

I just discovered this place while visiting my daughter in Gainesville. Pizza crust was soft and crispy at the same time. The garlic cheesy bread was amazing. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I had read somewhere that the owners have celiac in the family, so they are very aware of GF protocols.

Best gluten free pizza I’ve had! It tasted like real doughy pizza—not flat and hard whatsoever! The sauce was incredible, I would pay for bottles of it to use at home. Owner even said the dough is made out of house to avoid cross contamination. Very safe and very very good pizza! I’m excited to come back and try the wings and breadsticks!

Prohibition Pizza is a cute little place with a some nice tables and chairs for seating and 1920’s music playing in the background. I ordered a gluten free pizza with pesto sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms and Kalamata olives. Delicious pizza, the best gluten free crust I have ever had! There are gluten free bread sticks available, even though not listed on the menu. We got some to go. They are more like sauce-free pizza crust than actual bread sticks. Great food, nice ambience, creative choices!

It's pretty good for gluten free but needs more sauce, because of texture. The cheesy garlic bread was good as well, but didn't come with marinara. I would request the pizza crispy as gluten free texture is fluffy and light, unless you prefer it that way.

Hi Brooke, Thank you for your review. I’m so sorry to hear that you weren’t given a Marinara, you should have been - they come free with our GF Garlic or Cheesy Bread. If you stop back by, we will make this right. And yes, you can always ask for us to push your pizza back if you would like it more crispy.

They have awesome gluten free pizza. If your looking for a crust that has some substance and doesn't come out doggy, you have to try this! You can get also cheesy garlic bread!!! I'm a food snob and their pizza is now my go to for pizza in the area! The owner is celiac so the staff are very knowledgeable on what to do. Good Job and thank you for being here!
